Personal Achievements

With the help of God, good people, and an unrelenting work ethic, Kevin overcame multiple life challenges. Kevin graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a major in Human Development and Family Studies and a minor in Sociology. While there, he served in leadership roles in campus ministry, Residence Life, and the Greek system. He earned a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Auburn University. Kevin is married to his wonderful wife, Julie, and they have two great kids, McLean and Claire. Kevin understands what it takes to get from being stuck to moving forward well. He is a student of human development, performance, and leadership.

Kevin’s training in coaching is from The College of Executive Coaching, and he has a certificate in Executive & Organizational Coaching from Light University, a division of the American Association of Christian Counselors Foundation.

Kevin holds an NC license in Marriage & Family Therapy, though Kevin does not do therapy with his coaching clients. A benefit to his coaching is that he deeply understands systems of human interactions, whether they be in one’s personal relationships or organizational human dynamics.

Kevin has experience leading individual and group conversations pertaining to leadership principles, communication & conflict resolution, stress management, and strengths development in relationships and in the workplace.

Hobbies & Interests:

Kevin enjoys high intensity exercise, Jiu Jitsu, learning via reading & audio books, and spending time outside with his family.
