We recognize that nearly everyone will experience mental health or relationship challenges in their lifetime. The circumstances of the last few years have escalated symptoms for many. Unfortunately, less than half of those who need professional services ever seek services. Perhaps even more unfortunate is that many of those who are currently seeking services are on waiting lists. We want to help you get started, right now. And we’re going to give you some tools, tips, and tricks that will Jump Start your treatment process, and might even shorten your treatment process. These resources can also be an add-on to your treatment process, a refresher following termination of services, or just something that soothes your curiosities about what a professional counselor might speak to your areas of concern. Our prayer is that this video series adds quality to your life and relationships, and jumps starts your journey to resilience in a powerful way. We’ve targeted the topics that most commonly reflect the expressed needs of those on our waiting lists, and we’ve captured our general recommendations via video. You’ll just need to select the bundle(s) that is most appropriate for you.
